We are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference and grow with a dynamic organization. **About the Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for: * Acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients related to the NJ Family Care Program * Providing one-to-one telephone contact with clients, applicants, and enrollees in customer service roles * Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances * Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for clients wishing to apply for the program over the telephone * Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other related program policies * Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes * The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, applicants, and co-workers * The ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback * Achieving results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment * The ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds * A High School diploma or GED * Background and drug screening required **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: * A competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour * Paid training with equipment provided * Full-time schedule (40 hours per week) * Career growth opportunities * PerkSpot employee discount program * Full benefit options, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
