You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving concerns, and meeting key performance metrics. If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner * Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns * Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction * Meet or exceed booking conversion, quality, and productivity goals for inbound calls * Work accurately with close attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent (HSD or GED) * 2-3 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, fast food, hospitality, or similar) * Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people * Computer and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to type, talk, and listen while navigating multiple computer screens * High-quality internet bandwidth with the capability to plug into a modem * Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual Spanish language skills (pay rate: $15.50/hour) * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Training and Development** * Comprehensive training program to ensure success in the role * Ongoing coaching and feedback to support growth and development * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within arenaflex **Work Environment and Culture** * Remote work opportunity with flexible scheduling * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary: $15-$16/hour (bilingual Spanish: $15.50/hour) * $50/month internet allowance * Company-paid medical insurance (most of employee medical insurance) * Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability * Dental and Vision insurance (typical cost) * 401k plan available * Performance-based weekly bonuses (paid after training): $45 to $350 per week **How to Apply** If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
