About the Role
In this exciting role, you'll be working remotely from the comfort of your own home in Kentucky, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls and other communication platforms, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for our customers. You'll be empowered to think critically, go above and beyond to wow our customers, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to resolve issues
- Think critically and creatively to provide innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of pet health and wellness, or a passion for the pet industry
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Certification in customer service or a related field
