About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to address their concerns and provide personalized support
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved efficiently

Essential Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as adapt to changing schedules and priorities
- Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license and maintain confidentiality in accordance with regulatory requirements
