About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting members with our services, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

• Call members to schedule in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners
• Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
• Ensure accurate scheduling of appointments and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
• Work efficiently and productively in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00 am-5:30 pm local time, with occasional overtime or weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the healthcare industry
• Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
• Experience working in a customer retention-focused role

Telecommuting Requirements

• Reside within EST or CST time zones
• Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Must live in a location that can receive an arenaflex-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
• Must be able to connect directly to the internet via a hard wire (either directly to modem or router)

Soft Skills

• Ability to type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens
• Experience working in a metric-driven work environment
• Experience using an auto-dialer system

Compensation and Benefits
