- Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and e-mail etiquette
- Previous customer service experience and comfort with sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with training in Salesforce
