**Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key tasks will include:
* **Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns**
* **Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues**
* **Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate**
* **Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments**
* **Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes**
* **Providing feedback on call issues**
* **Upselling when required**
**We're Looking for Fearless People**

* **Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment**
* **6 months of customer service experience preferred**
* **Over 18 years of age**
* **Ability to type 25 wpm**
* **High School Graduate or GED**
* **Comfort with desktop computer systems**
* **Proven oral and written communication skills**
* **Logical problem-solving skills**
* **Ability to navigate Windows operating systems**
* **Organization and work prioritization skills**
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success as a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 11, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted), a minimum of 4GB RAM**
* **Internet Requirements:**
* **Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps**
* **Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps**
* **ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms**
* **Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN**
* **Proof of internet speed required**
* **Clean and quiet workspace**
