About the Role

- Train and assist Associate Customer Service Representatives, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them succeed in their roles.
- Process and maintain department Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by processing progressively more complex transactions and servicing customer requests with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
