Job Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing

- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently, using our state-of-the-art systems and tools

Required Qualities and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- Excellent customer service attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional and personalized
- Friendly, confident, and self-starter mentality, with a positive and proactive approach to customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
- Preferred: 1 year of customer service-related experience and 1 year of call center experience
- Must live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
