To support this critical work, we are building an Inbound Pharmacy Service team and are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our overnight shift, working from the comfort of their own homes in Illinois.
In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our specialty patients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, where no two calls are ever the same. Typical calls will include prescription refills, order status updates, and insurance coverage questions. Your goal will be to provide empathetic and personalized support, resolving patient concerns on the first call whenever possible.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in customer service, with a minimum of 12 months of experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have:

The typical pay range for this role is between $17.02 and $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and location. As an arenaflex employee, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
