We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts from the comfort of your own home in Illinois. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialty patients who rely on life-sustaining medications. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, addressing patient inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of medications to those in need.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have strong computer skills, a passion for helping others, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

M-F 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. You will be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame. Our pay range for this role is:
Minimum: $17.02
Maximum: $27.16
Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
