About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of medications to our patients. You will handle a high volume of calls, responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing empathetic support. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, addressing prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving patient issues efficiently and effectively
• Utilize computer systems and software to access patient information, process orders, and communicate with patients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care and resolve complex issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• 6+ months of experience working in a call center environment with Windows, Microsoft, or similar applications
• Residency within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
