In this full-time, Monday to Friday role, you will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. and take on challenging and rewarding responsibilities. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and providers, answering incoming phone calls and resolving issues in a professional and compassionate manner. You will work closely with our team to deliver information, answer questions, and provide support to our clients and customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and service.
