Job Overview: Member Services - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Member Services Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Member Florists, responding to their inquiries, and resolving order disputes in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to questions regarding member statements and florist order disputes via email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Professionally handle incoming customer calls and emails, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, empathetic, and resolution-focused.
• Process requests using internal computer applications, verifying and validating all information provided by members prior to submission.
• Accurately document all calls in the 360 application, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Consistently achieve key performance indicators and standards as defined by management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.
• Provide customers with quality service by following defined company policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring that all interactions are consistent and professional.
• Stay up-to-date with departmental memorandums, websites, and training materials to effectively service customers and resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing on-the-job training, including one-on-one sessions with members of management and peer coaching, to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Inbound call center experience is desirable, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
