Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, providing empathetic and professional support to resolve issues and address questions.
- Manage claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related customer service tasks.
- Work with customers to solve problems, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, adhering to blithequark's 5-star service standards.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex information to customers.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, efficiently managing workflows and priorities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous call center customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field.
- Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented approach.
- Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proper grammar, professional language, and word choice.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems at a time, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- A score of 80% or above on the eSkills test is required for all candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience or call center experience.
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Medicare or a related field.
- Previous Medicare experience, with knowledge of Medicare policies and procedures.
- Medical background or knowledge of medical terminology.
