As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient support and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders.
In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from patients, attorneys, guarantors, and other stakeholders, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be expected to process payments, set up payment plans, collect updated or missing insurance information, and address questions and concerns related to medical bills and insurance denials.
