A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of challenging and rewarding responsibilities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our external and internal customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their needs are met. Your duties may include:
- Representing arenaflex to external and internal customers, answering product-related questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Tracing lost shipments, interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department, and taking orders or registrations as needed

- Managing web-based ordering or registrations, conferring with management regarding customer credits, and processing returns and price differentials on mail orders
- Approving allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances, deductions, and adjustments as required
- Managing inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems to maximize service levels and minimize stockouts
