- Handle agency licensing tasks, including registering new brokers, address changes, agency mergers, and other related activities.
- Follow up with other departments to resolve problem files, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Input data into a desktop database for all incoming calls, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist customers at the front desk when necessary, providing exceptional service and support.
- Distribute faxes and other correspondence to the department, ensuring that all relevant information is disseminated promptly.
- Facilitate the processing of evidence of insurance requests as required, ensuring that all necessary documentation is handled efficiently.

Essential Qualifications
