About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers inquiring about the Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). As a key member of our team, you will participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, respond to customer questions, and provide empathic support to ensure the highest standards of customer service. This is a full-time temporary position, scheduled for 45 to 90 days of employment, and can be performed remotely.
