In this 100% remote role, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, responding to inbound inquiries, providing technical assistance, and navigating our computerized systems to troubleshoot applicant questions. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve applicant issues efficiently.

- Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicant questions, leveraging your technical savvy to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Qualifications and Skills
