Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative for Clinical Support at blithequark, you will play an integral role in supporting our company's mission by responding to customer inquiries and providing information regarding all aspects of our members' association with us. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive.
- Ascertain the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Utilize proprietary blithequark systems to look up member information and provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
- Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring that all customer issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more complex issue, such as claims or authorizations, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Utilize appropriate resources, including online materials, to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, showcasing your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manage your time effectively to ensure that calls are answered within required timeframes and that follow-up actions are taken in a timely manner, demonstrating your ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload.
- Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position, consistently striving for excellence in your work and seeking opportunities for growth and development.
- Document all calls appropriately, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and ensuring that all necessary follow-up actions are taken.

Qualifications
