Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize computer applications to access customer information, process transactions, and document customer interactions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and technical abilities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; preferred for consideration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong spelling and grammar abilities.
- Outstanding listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with excellent customer service skills.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish/English bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software, systems, or technologies.

Schedule and Shifts:
