We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our evening and weekend shifts as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner

**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

* Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy

* Spanish/English bilingual (a plus)
* Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
* Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
