Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Your role will be to ensure a seamless experience during the moments that matter, whether assisting customers in planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing support and guidance on their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans

- Comfortably switch between multiple IT applications, with attention to detail

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £21,840 - £23,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for:
