**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product and solutions expertise to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and provide product and solutions expertise
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to our customers
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology
