As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily and providing them with a personalized and friendly shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the register, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program. You will also be expected to maintain our high standards for store appearance, working around the store (inside and out) to ensure that every area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide a high level of service to our customers. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team, taking direction from management and contributing to the overall success of the store.
While not essential, we are looking for candidates with retail and customer service experience, as well as sales associate or cashiering experience. If you have a motivation to advance in your career and a willingness to learn and have fun, then we want to hear from you.
