Position Overview
In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in retaining and renewing existing clients while providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will proactively engage with clients, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and ensure smooth contract renewals.
