**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service to our customers, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint
* Handling multiple responsibilities and balancing customer priorities in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your exceptional multitasking skills
* Scheduling customer deliveries to meet their needs, ensuring timely and efficient service
* Going above and beyond to resolve customer concerns and requests, building trust and loyalty
* Supporting sales and operations team members to create a seamless customer experience in our store
* Multitasking within a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
* Communicating effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone, using your excellent listening skills and organizational abilities
* Resolving escalated customer issues, demonstrating a high degree of integrity and professionalism
* Performing additional functions as assigned by management, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of three years of proven success working on high-performance teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented service environment
* Excellent phone and customer relationship skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers
* Experience developing service solutions derived from problem analysis, good judgment, and customer focus
* Working knowledge of computers and contact management/customer service tracking software
* A passion for creating excellent customer experiences and building both internal and external relationships; good team player
* Self-starter mentality, with the ability to see multiple tasks through to completion and drive results
* Demonstrated integrity and professionalism, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
**Associated Tasks**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling customer requests as they arise, using your exceptional problem-solving skills and customer focus
* Scheduling customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient service
* Managing incoming emails, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
* Proactive outbound calling as needed, using your excellent communication skills to build relationships and resolve issues
* Assisting technicians with any challenges that occur during the course of the day, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
**Required Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service or a related field a plus
**Physical Demands**
* No heavy lifting required; a safe and comfortable work environment
**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**
* Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00AM - 5:00PM
* 40 hours weekly, with opportunities for overtime and professional development
**Travel**
* No travel expected for this position; remote work available
