**What You'll Do**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data-Driven Client Experience Improvement, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with our data analytics team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve client experience and drive business outcomes
* Performing advanced analysis on client experience data to identify key drivers of performance and areas for improvement
* Developing and presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
* Working with our data visualization team to create compelling visualizations and stories that communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Collaborating with our product development team to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions that meet client needs
* Providing training and support to junior team members to help them develop their data analysis and communication skills
**What You'll Need**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
* Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and technologies, including Looker and Data Studio
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and Hive
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau and Power BI
