**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Provide product and service information, as well as recommendations to customers
* Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments
**Essential Qualifications**
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
* An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
* Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software
* Good communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to communicate professionally with customers, both in person and over the phone
* Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion
* A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to meeting deadlines
* Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks, with a focus on attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Work experience in a call center environment
* Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
**Schedule**
We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
* Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
* Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
