**Job Description**
As a remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting our TK5O Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Communicating with customers over the phone or via email to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies and improve our service standards.
* Understanding and applying general customer service principles to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
* Managing large volumes of incoming emails and calls in a timely and efficient manner.
* Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining causes, and selecting the best solutions.
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a consistent company voice and tone.
* Leveraging scripts for email and phone conversations to effectively represent blithequark's brand and values.
* Answering questions about damage claims and escalating them to the proper manager for resolution.
* Prioritizing tickets effectively and flexibly handling changes in policies or procedures.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven customer support experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Strong computer skills and capability to use Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
* Customer-focused and able to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills both externally and internally.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of experience; post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience.
