**About the Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional guest experiences and supporting our operations team. You will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will also work closely with our operations team to report maintenance and damage issues, build and manage in-house maintenance labor, and assist with accounting and financial tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional guest service through phone, email, and chat support
* Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest's issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
* Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests to resolve issues
* Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status
* Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
* Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
* Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
* Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
* Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
* Proficient in English, with excellent communication and grammar skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
* Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates as our brand with our travelers
* Deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT
* Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
* Knowledge of business financials/accounting
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations
* Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
