Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a contact center environment
- 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
- Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
- Ability to work independently under general supervision, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
