**A Taste of the Job**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your critical outcomes will include:
* Starting your day with a positive attitude and a focus on supporting our customers' order and invoicing needs
* Ensuring order accuracy, pricing, and invoicing discounts are handled with attention to detail
* Working with customers to resolve inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the team to maintain a supportive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment
* Completing other projects as assigned or required to support the team's goals and objectives
**Path for Success – Qualifications and Experience**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A successful completion of Grade 12, with post-secondary education an asset
* Fluency in English and French (bilingualism is a plus)
* A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably working with an ERP system and sales admin/order entry experience
* A technology typing speed of at least 45 wpm and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* A positive can-do attitude, a willingness to help, and a calm demeanor under pressure
* Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and deadlines
