About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with and manage the day-to-day relationships with our customers at Financial Institutions, Equipment Leasing & Finance, Agricultural Lending Companies, Mortgage Lenders & Services, Factoring, Corporations, Solar & Title Companies. Your primary goal will be to deliver prompt and professional service to our customers, providing consultative customer service, and helping to determine customer goals, compliance challenges, and business needs. You will utilize your product and industry knowledge to provide solutions and initiate orders crucial to lien management compliance, driving cross-selling opportunities to promote additional offerings to meet our customer needs.
