Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Key Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Schedule appointments for home repair companies
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
• Ability to work weekends
• Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
• Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
