Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their overall performance on key metrics, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or related role, preferably in an office environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- A customer-driven mindset, with the ability to work effectively with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis and drive insights to inform business decisions.
