**Job Summary**
We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our Hospitality team, working 20 hours per week from 1pm-5pm CST Wednesday through Sunday. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing guest communications, and coordinating operational needs with our staff. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Manager for blithequark Rentals, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Provide customer service to blithequark guests**: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
* **Conduct guest screening to ensure safety and security**: Verify guest information, comply with blithequark and property partner requirements, and ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests.
* **Manage guest reservations**: Provide booking suggestions, make alterations, and ensure all guest reservations are accurately processed.
* **Use digital communication systems to manage guest communications**: Respond to guest messages, emails, calls, texts, and other forms of communication in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
* **Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions**: Conduct research, analyze issues, and work with guests to find mutually beneficial solutions.
* **Troubleshoot maintenance and technology issues**: Identify and resolve technical issues, lockouts, and other guest concerns in a timely manner.
* **Coordinate operational needs with blithequark staff**: Schedule repairs and maintenance, coordinate with guests, staff, property partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
* **Oversee various other tasks for blithequark properties**: Serve as a point of contact for property partner communications, manage listing marketing, analyze guest reviews, and manage social media and public relations activities.

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* **College diploma or equivalent**: A degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
* **2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field**: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Ability to pass a background check**: Ensure you meet the necessary requirements for a background check.
* **2-3 references from past or current supervisors**: Provide professional references that can attest to your skills and experience.
* **Various other onboarding requirements**: Complete any additional onboarding requirements as specified by blithequark.
