Job Overview: Customer Service Loyalty Champion II
As a Customer Service Loyalty Champion II at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns with varying levels of complexity, ensuring timely and effective solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Turn every customer contact into a sale or save opportunity, providing a premium experience that fosters loyalty and retention.
- Embody the Service Plus mindset by resolving customer concerns and anticipating future needs, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to provide personalized solutions.
- Conduct thorough account analyses to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and upselling, applying your business acumen to make informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with cost-effectiveness.
- Execute targeted loyalty and retention strategies for high-value and at-risk customers, utilizing historical reports, customer insights, and sales data to inform your approach.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences by listening for signs of churn, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to address customer concerns and provide personalized solutions.
- Navigate our systems and utilize available tools and resources to be self-sufficient and effectively provide all applicable offers and solutions to customers.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for our customers, highlighting the value of our products and services and promoting our brand with passion and enthusiasm.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or one or more years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of resolving complex customer issues and meeting or exceeding sales and retention goals.
- One or more years of sales experience, with a proven ability to promote and upsell products or services, and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A, with a strong ability to think critically and outside the box.
- A strong sales acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- A private workspace, minimum internet speed, and a desk for the required equipment provided, with the ability to self-manage in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

- A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
