Job Overview

This remote Customer Service Coordinator role is responsible for handling customer service functions for all assigned lines, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers, clients, and coworkers. While this position is advertised as remote, candidates residing near our office hub locations will be required to adhere to a hybrid work schedule, working from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office from Tuesday through Thursday.
