Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team at our Service Center in Fort Worth - Alliance. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the face of blithequark, responsible for greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing guidance and assistance as required. You will work closely with our Collision Estimators, handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing active customer deliveries. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that customers, clients, teammates, and vendors are all informed and up-to-date on the status of repairs, and that all work is carried out in accordance with blithequark's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance and assistance as required
• Assist Collision Estimators with handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing active customer deliveries
• Communicate effectively with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
• Adhere to all blithequark's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards
• Provide personable, friendly "World Class" customer service to internal and external customers
• Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience, with sales experience a plus
• A valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Ability to understand instructions - written and verbal
• A passion for learning the collision industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
