Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Consultant to join our arenaflex Answer Team as a single point of contact in a dynamic call center environment. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of customer service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and other routine inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call, letter, or email from the client.
