Job Overview

As a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of client service requests and issues. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries.
• Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.
• Develop and maintain a strong client-facing orientation, ensuring that every interaction is characterized by empathy, understanding, and a commitment to meeting the client's needs.
• Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the client experience.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
