Specific Responsibilities for this Position
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Route calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Enter accurate ordering information into the company system, ensuring seamless order processing
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word), with familiarity with SAP and Call Centre, and Sales Force a plus
