Our team is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. **Job Overview** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be working in a designated retail location, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing quality service to our customers and ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, using technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders, and interacting with customers to resolve any issues they may have. **Key Responsibilities** Some of your key responsibilities as an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate may include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions they may have, providing solutions to their problems, and ensuring that they are satisfied with their experience * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively * Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, and receiving truck deliveries * Performing physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation * Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around * Going up and down stairs (where applicable) * Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week **What it's like at arenaflex Locker+ locations** * Safety: Your safety is important to us, so we provide safe working conditions, including a clean and organized workspace, and a comfortable and climate-controlled environment. * Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be working in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. * Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages, and may be required to lift, bend, and move items around. * Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments, ensuring that you stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. * Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, what one would expect in a grocery store, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional customer service. * Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units.
