Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients
• Enter data into electronic files and/or digital databases systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Sort and organize data in a logical and efficient manner
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases and other resources
• Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work with process and information changes
• Available to work 40 hours per week starting immediately
• Computer-savvy, with a stable internet connection and the ability to support a WFH setup
