About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities when necessary. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials, and bilingual differentials.
