This is a remote-based position, requiring a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling calls, taking down information using our software, and communicating with clients via Whatsapp. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients * Use our software to take down information and communicate with clients via Whatsapp * Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences * Log in and log off for each shift, and communicate with the next agent before your shift ends to ensure a smooth transition * Communicate ahead of time if you're unable to cover a particular day or shift due to unforeseen circumstances * Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume and reservation completion rates **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Proficiency in using software and technology to take down information and communicate with clients * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the private transportation industry or a similar field * Knowledge of luxury vehicle services and the private transportation industry * Experience using software and technology to manage customer interactions * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using software and technology to take down information and communicate with clients * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention * Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
