To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. We are looking for individuals who are team players, able to meet the public, and work under stressful conditions. You should be able to complete our customer service specialist training program with an 80% or greater average and a probationary period. You should also be aware of hazardous situations and be able to handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be able to multitask. You should be able to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be able to adapt to changing situations and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
