About the Role: Customer Service Advisor
We're currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building trusting relationships with our customers and recommending products and services that meet their needs. You will be part of an amazing team that thrives in a fun environment, creating "Wow" moments for our customers with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending products and services that exceed their expectations
- Create memorable moments for our customers by demonstrating a commitment to outstanding service and hospitality
- Maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers
- Follow all arenaflex safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
What You Bring to the Table:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills, enabling you to connect with customers and understand their needs
- Attention to detail and pride in your work, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional
- High energy and a willingness to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions, demonstrating your adaptability and flexibility
- A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
- Physical ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours, as well as lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike
- Ability to work in a team environment, supporting your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a retail or service-oriented environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to recommend products and services to customers
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our customer service software and systems
